FAQ
Common questions, answered.
Do you give fixed-price quotes?
Yes. After a site visit you get a written quote with the scope, the price and the programme. If something changes on site we tell you before it costs anything.
Which areas do you cover?
Warrnambool and South West Victoria: Port Fairy, Koroit, Allansford, Terang, Camperdown and surrounds.
Who is actually on site?
Ben or Peter. One of us runs every job from the first visit to handover, with our own crew and trades we have used for years.
Are you registered and insured?
Yes. Doukas Constructions Pty Ltd is a registered builder, licence CDB-U 101807, and carries builders insurance.
Do you handle council permits and inspections?
Yes. Drawings, permits and inspections sit with us. You see everything before we submit it.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most full bathroom renovations run three to four weeks from strip-out to fit-off, depending on tiling and joinery lead times.
